L'icône de la Mère de Dieu "DE LA VILLE DU SAPIN" ("ELIETSKAÏA") (Eltsa, Russie 1060).
The Elets Icon of the Mother of
God appeared in the year 1060. It received its name because it appeared
in a cathedral church dedicated to the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of
God. in the city of Elets, Orlov province. January 11 was appointed as
the feastday of this icon.
